As a long-time resident of San Mateo County, it has been my honor to represent District 21 as a Delegate of the Democratic Party and I would very much appreciate your support in continuing this important work.
For years, I have dedicated myself to community service, focusing on supporting working mothers, advocating for workforce and affordable housing, supporting public education, and building community right here in San Mateo. I currently sit on San Mateo County's Housing & Community Development Committee and the City of San Mateo's Library Board. In addition to community service, I have participated in local campaigns for our schools, regional candidates and progressive ballot measures and propositions, including most recently in the November 2024 election as co-chair of the successful Yes on Measure T campaign to support increasing the City of San Mateo's housing stock at all levels of affordability. I am a committed Democrat who will champion progressive causes and individuals to help advance good public policy for our communities.
For the past 20+ years, I've had the great pleasure of building and growing software companies often focusing on helping small businesses. Currently, I serve as Chief Operating and Finance Officer of an AI marketing software company and am a board director for two California-based non-profits focusing on education equity and increasing gender diversity in technical roles. My areas of expertise are strategic fiscal accountability, customer and employee retention strategy, and branding and communications. I pride myself in being able to successfully work with people across the spectrum of beliefs and values in order to achieve outcomes.
I hold a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and am a proud product of our state's public school system.
